Photo Shoot (7/3/2020)
I rarely get in front of the camera for anything except a quick selfie, but decided to test the waters on a Friday afternoon. Let me know what you think. Thanks in advance!!!

ATL Photography Group Meet Up (June 27, 2020)
The ATL Street Photography Group (from Facebook) had a meet up in Piedmont Park during sunset following heavy rain, which almost cancelled the event. Fortunately, the weather cleared and we were rewarded with a dramatic sky, which produced colorful photo opportunities for a short period of time. Shout out to fellow group members David Slocumb & Gwen 'Drone Angel' Shemaria for their shots which are also featured in this set. Enjoy and feel free to leave comments or feedback!

Georgia Aquarium Photography (June 29, 2020)
On June 29, 2020, I had free access to the Georgia Aquarium for my Birthday. The facility's expansion hasn't been completed but I'm looking forward to a larger aquarium in the near future. They also had several COVID 19 safety measures in place, most notably limited crowd capacity, 6ft social distancing, and mask requirements. I elected to visit during the 1PM-4PM time block as opposed to the 9AM-12pm slot.
Shooting photos in the Georgia Aquarium can be challenging to say the least. You have to deal with lighting, smudged glass, and more. The use of a flash wasn't allowed in most of the galleries, so that was also a key factor, but rules are rules right ? At any rate, all of this affected the quality of my photos, but I did my best to 'clean up' the images.
This set of photos features Whale Sharks, Manta Rays, a Sea Turtle, Fire Eel, Congo Tetra Fish, Jellyfish and Beluga Whales as you've never seen them before. Stay tuned for more photos of other species in the near future and let me know what you think in the comment section!!

Birthday Feast @ The Steamhouse Lounge (6/27/20)
On my Birthday, I visited Midtown’s Steamhouse Lounge for a Seafood
Feast. Nice place to relax and enjoy good seafood. I ordered the steamed
seafood sampler (clams, mussels, shrimp, oysters, and small crab legs!),
shrimp tacos, and raw oysters with large shrimp. I liked the service but
the prices were a lil high for the entrees. Will I return? Most definitely
for specials on Monday & Wednesday!
